The representatives of the BCI and the ECB are speaking out of both sides

of their minds about the Euro Digital project.

The first speech is addressed to the Members of the European Parliament: 

the Digital Euro is a new currency and we need European Guarantees 

to protect the populations. 

The second speech is addressed to the European Financiers:

thanks to the digital euro, we will be able to conquer the world.

But in front of American Financiers, “the digital euro is just a small application of domestic nature”.
